Treatment Philosophy

Offering a non-judgmental ear for patients in need and walking beside them throughout their treatment journey.

Who is Casey Hall?

When life is rocky, it takes strength to reach out to someone who is willing to walk beside you for a bit on your journey to provide support, guidance, and a safe place to experience your emotions. That’s what Casey wants to do for her clients. Casey has had the opportunity to work with patients in a variety of settings from school-based counseling to overseeing partial hospitalization and prior authorization and reviews for patients in clinical therapy. Casey currently puts her range of skills to work serving as a clinical therapist with Birch Tree Communities, an adjunct professor at John Brown University, and providing marriage and family counseling as well as cofacilitating groups and classes here at Central Arkansas Group Counseling. She’s also working toward her doctoral degree!

If you’re struggling with life, past and present, or anxieties about the future, you are not alone, and Casey is here to help. When you’re ready and willing, reach out to our team and begin the process of making positive changes with the help of a skilled practitioner. Casey is comfortable working with those who are struggling with mental illnesses. Through active listening, reflection, and confrontation, Casey helps her patients make positive progress while giving them the skills to become active participants in their own success. She’s the expert in emotional and mental health, but you’re the only expert on YOU! That’s why Casey sees therapy and counseling as a mutual experience. At the end of your walk with Casey, she hopes you’ll have the tools you need to confront and address any situation life throws at you.
