Treatment Philosophy


He is looking forward to working with adults of all ages and help them live their best lives possible. He also looks forward to working with active military members, Veterans, and first responders who are having trauma issues. When Marty is not in the clinic he serves at his church and spends time with his family.

Marty uses a Person-Centered approach as the basis for all of his individual counseling and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and families. Marty also uses Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma issues.

Who is Marty Erickson?


Marty is a graduate of John Brown University, where he studied Clinical Mental Health Counseling as well as Marriage and Family Therapy. Marty is coming from a career in emergency services and served in the U.S. Army.
